If there are fewer than 10 participants by the registration deadline, we reserve the right not to hold the race or a course. Entry fees will be refunded in accordance with the regulations.

In addition, the results of the ultra distance will be reported to the German Ultramarathon Association.

We have deliberately refrained from setting cut-off times because we want the fun of trail running and nature to be the main focus, not the competitive nature of the event. We also want to ensure that our participants have equal opportunities, regardless of gender and age, and that everyone has the opportunity to pursue this sport.

Of course, we cannot keep our supply points staffed indefinitely, so there will be generously calculated times for each VP when they will be staffed. If there are still runners out and about after the VP closes, there will still be food available for them to use as self-catering.

You can bring your own food before the start and it will be transported to the VPs. The food must be packed separately for each VP and clearly and securely labeled with the name, route, start number and VP. The VP designations can be found in the Three Kings Ultra Trail Runners Guide, which is published around 5 days before the race.

One drop bag (max. 50x30x30 cm) per starter can be handed in at the start number distribution point and will be transported to the relevant VP and back to the finish. The drop bags can be picked up again at the race office after the finish line has closed.

The drop bags must be clearly and permanently marked with the name, route, start number and VP.

No liability is accepted for theft or other damage.

It is mandatory to carry the following equipment throughout the entire run.
